Sailinga Crewing Agency determines the Quality Policy as the essential contribution to the fulfillment of the requirements and expectations of Customers as well as requirements of corresponding national and international directives, laws and regulations which are related to the engagement, preparation and embarkation of crew on vessels.

Quality in the company ensures that the manning services offered to the Ship-owners or their Representatives and Seafarers are rendered in an honest and efficient manner.

The management of Sailinga confirms the commitment of the company to its Clients to carry out the Quality Policy as defined in QMS, which has been developed, implemented and is constantly being improved.

The Quality Policy covers the commitment to:

• Discern with care and in details the requirements of Client’s needs;
• Act in accordance with maritime conventions and laws and in particular with MLC 2006 Convention;
• Adjust company’s activity and procedures to meet Client’s requirements in a reliable and worthwhile manner;
• Constantly improve staff’s qualifications.

Every employee is obliged to carry out the Quality Policy within the scope of his/her job description and remain personally responsible in this respect.

The responsibility for implementing the Quality Policy lies with QMS Manager.
